Scroll is a ZK-rollup based on EVM that was launched in early 2021 within the dynamic Ethereum ecosystem.
Its core component, zkEVM, is used to validate the EVM execution trace, while a decentralized network is utilized to overcome the efficiency challenges faced by the prover side.
At present, Scroll does not have its own token, but it may introduce one in the future. Early users who have conducted testnet operations may be eligible for an airdrop if they decide to launch their token.
Task
- Go to the Scroll testnet page.
- Add L1 and L2 testnets to Metamask.
- Go to the faucet section and acquire testnet tokens on Goerli.
- Visit the bridge section to transfer tokens between the Scroll L1 Testnet and Scroll L2 Testnet.
